Humboldt Club Nepal (HCN) is a Nepali Humboldt alumni association formed by the esteemed members of Humboldt scholars from Nepal. So far, a total of 27 Humboldt research scholars are from Nepal, including Humboldt Postdoctoral Research Fellow, George Foster Research Fellow, and International Climate Protection Fellow.
- The first Humboldt fellow from Nepal is Prof. Dr. Ramawatar Yadav, who received the Humboldt Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in 1982.
- Nepalese Humboldtians are working in different sectors of Nepal including politics, government, universities, and private sectors.
- HCN is active in Nepal, having organized three Humboldt Kollegs in 2010, 2015, and 2022 successfully.
- In addition, several academic and social volunteering works have been organized frequently.
